Description: Mumford & Sons’ RUSHMERE is the band’s fifth studio album, released on 28 March 2025. Produced by Dave Cobb alongside Mumford & Sons, the album marked the band's return after a seven-year gap and continues their evolution from their early folk sound into a broader, roots-driven folk-rock style.
This 12" LP is the standard 140g Recycled Black Vinyl edition, housed in a gatefold sleeve with a printed inner sleeve featuring lyrics. Released through Gentlemen Of The Road / Island Records, it features 10 tracks across two sides.
The album opens with “Malibu,” “Caroline,” “Rushmere,” “Monochrome” and “Truth”, before continuing with “Where It Belongs,” “Anchor,” “Surrender,” “Blood On The Page” featuring Madison Cunningham and “Carry On.”
The title track “Rushmere” and upbeat songs such as “Caroline” and “Truth” sit alongside more reflective material such as “Monochrome” and “Where It Belongs,” giving the album a balance of energetic folk-rock and more intimate songwriting.
The standard black pressing is an excellent choice for collectors wanting the original 2025 album in a quality physical format, while the recycled vinyl and gatefold presentation give the release a modern, environmentally conscious touch.
