Do I have to create and account to purchase from Red Edge Records?

You do not have to create an account with Red Edge Records, you can easily checkout as a guest. However creating an account will make checkout quicker during your next purchase.

How do I create an account?

To create an account with Red Edge Records you need to click on the accounts link on the top right of the homepage. From there select the create account option, you will be asked for your first name, last name, email address, Date of Birth and a password. Almost instantly after creating your account you will receive a confirmation email - follow the link within that email to continue your account creation.

Does any of my provided information get shared?

At no point will Red Edge Records share your provided information with anyone with the exception of what is required eg. shipping companies. You will find full details of our privacy policy here. 

What are the payment method options?

Red Edge Records excepts many different payment methods, these include; VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, Paypal

What reference will be on my bank statements after making a purchase?

If you made your purchase using Visa, Mastercard or Amex your bank statement will say “SP * RED EDGE RECORDS”

If your purchase was through Paypal your bank statement will say “Paypal *Red Edge” or “Paypal Red Edge Records”

Do you ship internationally?

At this stage Red Edge Records does not ship internationally.

How long does shipping usually take?

Standard shipping usually take 3-5 business days, depending on your location. Express post 1-3 days. Keeping in mind public holidays will effect shipping times.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated within the cart section when making your purchase.

Shipping starts of at around $10.99 for most metro, with that most commonly being 3-4 business days. The rate will increase for a quicker turn around, however we will try to keep the cost as low as possible. 

Regional shipping starts off at $15.00 for select areas.

Am I able to track my order?

Once your item has been shipped you will receive an email which will contain your tracking number. 

What do I do if my order does not arrive?

Your order may take longer than first expected, however if you order has not arrived in what would be a reasonable time frame please contact us either via the contact page or directly at matt@rededgerecords.com.au

Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?

Changes can be made to your ordering, however to make these changes please contact us either via the contact page or directly at matt@rededgerecords.com.au as soon as possible. Please note we may not be able to make these changes if we have already started the shipping process.

How can I check the status of my order?

After making your purchase with Red Edge Records you will receive an email with your confirmation - by clicking the View Order link in the email, you will be taken to a page that will have your order details as well as updates to the order.

I did not receive a confirmation e-mail after placing my order. What should I do?

Please double check all folders as your order confirmation may have skipped a beat and bounced into your Junk or Spam folders. If you still haven't come across it please contact us either via the contact page or directly at matt@rededgerecords.com.au and we will look into it for you.

What is the returns process?

If in the event of needing a refund / return please contact us either through the webpage, email or via social media. 

Please consider you purchases carefully as a simple change of mind does not guarantee you a refund. Refunds if given from a change of mind will require you to cover your own shipping cost. Products must be returned in their original condition. 

If your product arrives damage please contact us straight away to arrange a replacement. 

Am I able to access my previous order history?

Yes, once you login in via the accounts tab you will be able to see the orders you have placed and all details corresponding to those orders.

What if I have seen an item before, but can no longer find it on your website?

Sometimes we will sell out of certain items, they will then disappear from our site. These items may be replenished, however some are deleted or exclusive lines that are only available once off.
