Description: Young as the Morning Old as the Sea is the seventh studio album by British singer-songwriter Passenger (Mike Rosenberg), released on 23 September 2016 via Black Crow Records. This album sees Passenger returning to a richer, more cinematic sound, departing somewhat from the stripped-back acoustic approach of earlier records.
Lyrically, the album is heavily inspired by travel and introspection, with themes of nature, longing, and identity woven throughout. The record was primarily recorded in Neil Finn’s Roundhead Studios in Auckland, New Zealand, and co-produced with longtime collaborator Chris Vallejo.
