Description: Foo Fighters’ Saint Cecilia EP is a five-track release recorded in October 2015 at the Hotel Saint Cecilia in Austin, Texas. Originally made available as a free digital release, the EP was later pressed on vinyl in 2016 and dedicated to the victims of the November 2015 Paris attacks.
This 12" EP features “Saint Cecilia”, “Sean” and “Savior Breath” on Side One, with “Iron Rooster” and “The Neverending Sigh” completing Side Two. With a total running time of 18:00, the release captures Foo Fighters in a rawer, intimate setting while retaining the band's trademark melodic rock sound.
Recorded during sessions at Austin's Hotel Saint Cecilia, the five tracks showcase the band's energetic guitar-driven style while offering a more spontaneous feel than a conventional studio album.
