Unlike the UK edition, this American track listing contains 12 songs, including “Sha-La-La,” “Come Tomorrow,” “She,” “John Hardy,” “Watermelon Man,” “I’m Your Kingpin,” “Hubble Bubble (Toil And Trouble),” “Groovin’” and “Dashing Away With The Smoothing Iron.”
