Description: The White Walkers were an ancient race of formerly-human ice creatures who came from the Far North of Westeros. After remaining hidden for thousands of years, they returned and were sighted by several sworn brothers of the Night's Watch and countless wildlings. However, most who live south of the Wall believed them to be nothing more than creatures of legend.

Somewhere in the northernmost reaches of the world, a lone White Walker rode its undead horse towards a shattered mountain, cradling Craster's last son in its arm. When it reached the mountain, the White Walker placed the baby upon an altar of ice at the center of a ring of large icicles. On the other side, a line of dark-garbed White Walkers watched the proceedings. After a moment, one of them strode forth and carefully picked up the wailing child, who swiftly calmed. The White Walker pressed the nail of its index finger into the baby's cheek. The sound of cracking ice can be heard as the child's eyes turned a depthless, icy blue.

This is the first time we saw the White Walker riding on his undead horse, it was not the last time though.
