Recorded at Trident Studios and De Lane Lea Studios in London, the album introduced Queen’s distinctive combination of hard rock, progressive influences, theatrical arrangements and intricate vocal harmonies.
This 12" 180g LP is the 2009 reissue, released through Hollywood Records. The 10-track album includes early Queen classics such as “Keep Yourself Alive,” “Doing All Right,” “Great King Rat,” “My Fairy King,” “Liar” and “Seven Seas Of Rhye.”
The album showcases the songwriting and musicianship of Freddie Mercury, Brian May, Roger Taylor and John Deacon, laying the foundation for the sound that would soon make Queen one of rock's biggest bands.
