This 12" 1LP is the 40th Anniversary Mix, released in 2020 and presented on yellow vinyl. The 11-track album includes the international hit “I Got You,” alongside “I Hope I Never,” “Poor Boy,” “Nobody Takes Me Seriously,” and “Missing Person.”
Remixed by Split Enz keyboardist and producer Eddie Rayner, the 40th Anniversary Mix was created from newly digitised original tapes, offering a refreshed presentation of the classic recordings while retaining the character of the original album. From the infectious pop of “I Got You” to the more experimental and atmospheric moments throughout, True Colours captures Split Enz at one of their creative peaks.
